For now, the current Analog Lab version (5.10.7.5324) does not embed the latest Pigments 6 engine.
Our colleagues are actively working on it to deliver the next version as soon as possible and to ensure everyone to gain access to all the latest benefits brought by Pigments 6.
Please note also that latest Factory presets from Pigments 6 and the ones contained in the newly released Sound Pack "Explorations Sound Pack Vol.3" won't be handled for now, so we invite you to wait a bit before starting working with them if you plan to use and edit these presets along with Analog Lab.
- This pack includes the following Sound Banks:
-Bass Explorations
-Granular Explorations
-Lofi Explorations

Since the release of the first version of Pigments our policy did not change and all owners do benefits from free updates from one major version to another.
So if you already own Pigments, please be assured that you will always keep on benefiting from free updates in the future and will be also eligible for discounts prices for additional Banks on some occasions (such as during the Pigments 6 Launch offer period).
Please note that this feature is disabled by default.
You’ll need to activate multi-core support in the global settings menu to significantly reduce the CPU consumption when working on complex polyphonic preset or while working in a DAW environment:
We would in any case suggest to attempt disabling and enabling it to see which option will be the most efficient on your system as there may be multiple aspects to take into consideration (Preset / Computer architecture / Operating System / Digital Audio Workstating / Project type).
You can also adjust "Unison Voice count" if needed in the dedicated "Unison" section of the "Engine" tab:
The amount of "Polyphony Voices" can be modified at the bottom of the interface if the CPU Meter seem to still show a high consumption level:
As a last suggestion, make sure not to use a too high Sample Rate and to attempt increasing a bit the buffer size in the "Audio Midi Settings" menu if necessary when using the Standalone version:
When working in a DAW environment, make sure to adjust these settings directly in the dedicated "Audio settings" menu accordingly.
Pigments offers a really useful In-App tutorial which explains a lot of features in details and which provides a good overview of all the different sections of the software so make sure to have a look at it in case such is not already the case:
Make sure to also refer to the latest User manual which provides in-depth information of the software:
