You have a problem with the activation software ?
This article summarises the issues that may be encountered with the ASC, and their potential solutions:
If you can't reach your ASC account, please follow the instructions below.
1. Check your Internet connection (Make sure also that no "Firewall"/ "VPN" or "Proxy" may prevent communications to be properly established with our servers)
2. On the ASC, check that you used your Arturia account email address, or your username
Tip: If you forgot your ASC password, you can reset it with the link "Forgot password?"
3. Check that you can sign in on the Webpage https://www.arturia.com/login and try to sign in again on the ASC (if you can connect on the Webpage it means that your account is activated and known by Arturia).
4. If you still can't connect to your account, contact the Webmaster here: http://arturia.com/contact.

If the activation operation doesn't turn out well, please follow the instructions below.
1. First go to https://www.arturia.com/myarturia (once logged on your account) and reach the "My Products" section
2. Make sure that the license status is fine and that you didn't already reached the activation count limit (5 Activations maximum) and if so make sure to release one from another computer you're not currently using:

3. Now open the ASC and sign in on your account
4. Click on the "Synchronize" button and try to activate the License again

If the ASC installer fails on opening or during the install or isn't working once installed:
Make sure your computer follows the requirements:

- Windows 8.1 or higher
- Mac OS 10.13 or higher
Windows : Make sure to try to launch the installer with a right-click and by choosing "Run as an Administrator"
Mac OS : Make sure to refer to the article below containing different suggestions depending on the situation

When you see this "Error 01" message, when the ASC cannot connect, please follow the instructions below :
1. Completely shut down your computer and restart it
2. Once restarted, before trying to open the ASC, make sure to remove this file:
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.Arturia.ArturiaSoftwareCenterAgent.plist
3. If the problem remains, make sure to download the latest version of the ASC from the Website and to reinstall it.
The issue may be related to the fact that you still have old licenses of the "Vintage Collection" which had no "Unlock code".

- If using the ASC in "Online" mode : Just clicking on the "Synchronize" button should do the trick:
- If using the ASC in "Offline" mode : Use the "Activate your products" procedure again, to get an up to date file of licenses from the Website.
If this message appears when opening or synchronizing your licences please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the ASC and sign in.
2. On the ASC, open the preferences menu (with the small arrow on the upper right corner of the interface) and open the "Licenses" tab.
3. Click on Deactivate all.

If any problem persists:
1. Download the latest ASC version.
2. Re-install the ASC.
3. Reboot your computer and give it another try.
If this doesn't seem to help, make sure to reach this folder : /Library/Arturia
Now adjust the permissions on the "Arturia Software Center" folder:
1. Right clicking on it will open a menu
2. Go to the permission section<
3. Add Read and Write under each users
