In the following steps we'll accompany you through the whole process:
- First, log in to your Arturia account, then go to "My Products" section on our website:
- Once logged in, find your Arturia product bundled with your "N.I The Gentleman" license and click on the "Show more details" button:
- A code should be displayed in the "Free licences with your product" section, just click on the button next to it to be redirected to the appropriate page:

-The needed code should be starting with 5 digits as showed above
-In case the code available on your account would be starting with KSART letters make sure to refer to the following article to retrieve the "Komplete Select" bundle (which contains NI The Gentleman in one of the available free bundles):
- Once on the NI Website, click on "Get Native Access" and then choose to download the adapted version for your computer. Follow the install process.
- Now you have to login to the software or register if you don't have an account.
Important note:
Don’t forget to also check your emails, confirm your email address and activate your Native account.
- Click on "Add Serial" and copy/paste the serial number of "NI The Gentleman" from your Arturia "My Products" page.
- The software has been displayed. You just have to click on "Install" and wait for the process.
- If not already done and if you do not own Kontakt software, make sure to also install Kontakt Player which is part of the free "Komplete Start" bundle.
- Once done, open Kontakt Player and load "The Gentleman" as an instrument:
