In addition to the standard Keystep Pro scales, there are two user scales you can define.

By default all keys are selected; it's a chromatic scale.
Deselect the notes you want to omit from the chromatic scale to create your scale.
You can now select this alternative scale in the same way as the default scales.
Use your pinky to hold the 'Hold' button, this will make it easier to select/deselect keys in the first octave.
Once defined a user key will be saved when you save a project.
This feature enables you to change the tonal landscape abruptly by copying a Project to another Project and creating different user scales for each project.
Changing Project will then change the tonal landscape of all patterns if you created these patterns with user scales.

If you want to raise notes you could add tiny amounts of voltage to the standard 1V/OCT output of a voice by configuring the Velo/Mod output for aftertouch,
setting the amount of aftertouch to a minimum and add the output of aftertouch to the standard pitch output with a eurorack adder module.
MIDI would be a better option. Some DAWs have the option to convert incoming MIDI notes to a microtonal scale.
