You will find below some details about our Legacy products.
All of them are discontinued (Not produced nor sold anymore) and for part of them replaced with more recent versions.
Keep in mind that acquiring them on the second-hand market may not allow you to benefit from the usual support or servicing level you may expect for any of our latest products.
- Products are split in two distinct categories:
-End of Support/Service: Products for which we do not provide support (No software or firmware maintenance updates, nor technical assistance) nor any servicing anymore (No spare parts available).
-Limited Support/Service: Products for which we do still provide technical assistance but no software or firmware maintenance updates and for which we may only have a limited amount of spare parts.
Of course, we will always try to provide the best help and support we can but even with all our goodwill we may possibly face difficulties to find appropriate solutions for each and every situations.
