How to Factory reset my Arturia device?

Attempting a Factory reset can be useful when facing some issues to exclude any potential relation with wrong device settings.

-Before proceeding make sure to always lower Master or Headphones levels and even unplug headphones/monitors. Also, we would recommend to first unplug MIDI / USB and potential patch cables.
-In case your device contains important datas, projects, presets make sure to always first proceed with a backup (if applicable) of these via its dedicated Companion Software:

You will find below the steps to follow in order to proceed with a Factory reset and restore your device to its default Factory settings:

  1. Unplug USB.
  2. Hold Octave Up + Octave Down buttons while powering On.

  1. Turn off unit.
  2. Hold Octave Up + Octave Down buttons while powering On.

  2. Hold Octave Up + Octave Down buttons while powering On, then press Jogwheel to confirm.

  1. Press Settings button and use contextual button 1 to select Global.
  2. Use the Jog wheel to reach Factory Reset option.
  3. Press the Jog wheel (display will ask for confirmation).
  4. Press the 4th contextual button above the screen to confirm and reboot.

  1. Turn off unit.
  2. Hold Recall + PLAY buttons while powering On.
BeatStep Pro Export projects, sequences, and settings from MIDI Control Center.
  1. Turn off unit.
  2. Hold PRST LNK + << + >> + LST STEP buttons while powering On.

  2. Enter the Misc menu.

"Fuse" range AudioFuse AudioFuse products cannot be backed up. If needed, take screenshots of current settings via AudioFuse Control Center.
  1. Turn unit off, remove headphones/speakers.
  2. Hold Cue + Mono buttons while plugging the power supply.
AudioFuse Studio AudioFuse products cannot be backed up. If needed, take screenshots of current settings via AudioFuse Control Center.
  1. Turn unit off (power switch), remove headphones/speakers.
  2. Hold Mono button (below the Output Level knob) while powering the unit.
AudioFuse 8Pre AudioFuse products cannot be backed up. If needed, take screenshots of current settings via AudioFuse Control Center.
  1. Turn unit off (hold A button), remove headphones/speakers.
  2. Hold the Mono button (below the Speakers knob) while powering the unit with the A button.
AudioFuse 16Rig AudioFuse products cannot be backed up. If needed, take screenshots of current settings via AudioFuse Control Center.
  1. Turn unit off (hold A button), remove headphones/speakers.
  2. Hold INS & OUTS buttons simultaneously while powering the unit with the A button.
