You will find below some instructions about how to deactivate your software licenses to either retrieve an unused activation (from a previous computer) or to resolve potential activation issues.
Keep in mind that you can keep your licenses activated on up to 5 computers at the same time.
Also, in case you do not have access to the needed computer to do so from the Arturia Software Center, refer to the "How to deactivate licenses on www.arturia.com" section.
Below, you'll find instructions on how to deactivate licenses in the Arturia Software Center :
- From the ASC home page, go to "My Preferences" and click on "Licenses".
- You can now "Deactivate All". Please read the note before confirming.
Note
This option deactivates all licenses you have on this computer. Licenses can be reactivated individually via the Arturia Software Center.
Below, you'll find instructions on how to deactivate licenses on www.arturia.com :
- Login to your Arturia account.
- Go to the "My Products" page and click on "See more" to unfold the product panel.
- You will see the machines where the licenses are activated. Before deactivating, please take note of the message on the video and click on the cross to confirm.
