Below, you'll find instructions on how to uninstall software in the ASC:
- Launch the Arturia Software Center and open the product detail panel you want to uninstall.
- Once in the panel, you can choose to "Uninstall" a specific product or to "Uninstall all" by expanding the bottom-right drop-down list.
To completely uninstall an Arturia software instrument or FX from a MAC computer, please delete the following folders & files if available :
- /Library/Arturia/<Software>*
- /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/<Software>.vst
- /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/<Software>.vst3
- /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/<Software>.component
- /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/plugins/Arturia/<Software>.aaxplugin
- /Application/Arturia/<Software>.app
Note
Once you've totally uninstalled the concerned software, you can reinstall them directly from the Arturia Software Center and try again.
To completely uninstall an Arturia software instrument or FX from a Windows computer, please delete the following folders & files if available:
- Delete the product folder : C:\ProgramData\Arturia\<Software>*
Note
Display first the hidden folders to access "ProgramData" by clicking on View > Show > Hidden items or you can copy / paste the folder path directly on the address bar of the file explorer.
- Then, please go to this folder, and double-click on the uninstaller:
C:\Program Files\Arturia\<Software>*
* <Software> = Name of the instrument or FX that should be uninstalled
