First make sure that the Arturia Software Center is installed and up to date.
Also make sure that the sound bank you've bought appears as registered in My Products on Arturia's website, and that you've received the email confirming its registration.
Then, choose one of the following sections depending on what product you own.
Launch Analog Lab.
Go in the in-app store.
Find your sound bank and click on the “Get” button that replaced the previous “Buy” button.
Once it is done, the button will be replaced by the mention “Installed”.
From this moment, this sound bank will be available in the preset browser of Analog Lab and the other Arturia virtual instruments related to your sound bank.
Go to the product section of your account page.
Find your sound bank and click on "See More" next to the title.
Then click the download link to get the installer file.
Launch the installer and follow all the steps.
From this moment, this sound bank will be available in the preset browser of the Arturia virtual instruments related to your sound bank.
Launch Pigments.
Go in the in-app store.
Find your sound bank and click on the “Install” button that replaced the previous “Buy” button.
Once it is done, the button will be replaced by the mention “Installed”.
From this moment, this sound bank will be available in the preset browser of Pigments and Analog Lab V (if owned).
If you haven't already, register your PolyBrute.
Go to the product section of your account page.
Find your PolyBrute and click on PolyBrute Connect's download link if you don't have it already.
Find your sound bank and click on the download link to get the installer file.
Launch the installers and follow all the steps.
From this moment, your sound bank will be available in the preset browser of PolyBrute Connect.
The process to install MatrixBrute's sound banks is a bit different from the other products.
You'll first need to go to the Resources section of the MatrixBrute page on Arturia's website.
You'll then have to select the sound bank you would like to download, and click on the "Free" button to start downloading the file.
From there, you will have a .zip file on your computer. Retrieve the files contained in it and put it in a folder of your choice.
Open the MIDI Control center, click on Import, Import New Project, and select the .mbprojz file.
The sound bank should be now successfully imported in the MIDI Control Center.
You can now click on the Send to MatrixBrute button to send the sound bank to your MatrixBrute.
The process to install MicroFreak's sound banks is a bit different from the other products.
You'll first need to go to the Sounds section of the MicroFreak page on Arturia's website.
You'll then have to select the sound bank you would like to download, and click on the "Free" button to start downloading the file.
From there, you will have a .zip file on your computer. Retrieve the files contained in it and put it in a folder of your choice.
Open the MIDI Control center, click on Import, Import New Project, and select the .mfprojz file.
The sound bank should be now successfully imported in the MIDI Control Center.
You can now click on the Send to MicroFreak button to send the sound bank to your MicroFreak.
To install and use Spark sound banks/expansion packs, first make sure that the licenses have been activated and that the sound banks are registered into your account.
You can check this in the "My Products" section of your Arturia account online.
Then, from there, click on "More info...", and download the installer by clicking on either Windows or Mac.
Once downloaded, double-click on the installer and follow the installation process.
Note
Some windows about certificates may pop up during this process, but you should be able to continue with it by simply clicking on "Continue".
When installed, you should be able to access the expansion packs directly from the Spark software on your computer.
Finally, in case your Sound bank is properly displayed on your My Arturia account but does not appear as owned through the Analog lab V or Pigments store, make sure to open the Arturia Software Center and to click on "Synchronize" before giving it another try.
