The CS-80 V offers extensive polyphonic aftertouch functions and multiple controls.
Note that you need a Polyphonic Aftertouch / MPE MIDI controller to benefit from these features
This fader controls the range of the Cutoff depending on the aftertouch pressure on each note:

You have independent controls for each of the 2 channels, don't be afraid to tweak them out!
This section controls the amount of the main LFO (Sub OSC) using Aftertouch.
The SPEED / VCO / VCF / PAN are controlling the amount from the LFO (Sub OSC) on each note:
Note that the LFO (Sub OSC) is monophonic, but the Aftertouch amount is polyphonic
From the Advanced Panel, you can also assign any destination to the Aftertouch source:
Not all destinations are supporting polyphonic aftertouch.
