Dear users,
You can now safely upgrade or migrate to macOS Sequoia.
After months of hard work, we are proud to announce that compatibility for all Arturia products (including individual instruments, effects, utilities and Hardware devices) has been finally validated.
Please note that Legacy products compatibility was not part of the validation phase and that we won't be able to guarantee that these will be fully compatible even if most of them should be working fine (Refer to "Legacy Products" note at the end of the article).
- In case any potential issues would happen after upgrading:
Make sure to double check macOS "Login Items" and "Full Disk Access" (and if already enabled, to tick them Off and On again) to ensure that Arturia Software Center, our Install Helper and background Agents still have all the needed permissions to operate properly.
To do so:
-Go to System Settings -> General -> Login Items & Extensions
-Make sure to enable (or re-enable) the "Arturia" & "Arturia Software Center" items:
-Then, go to System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Full Disk Access
-Make sure to grant Full Disk Access (or tick off and on again) to "Arturia Software Center" and other applications leading to potential issues:
Legacy products
We recently confirmed a compatibility issue with macOS Sequoia and Analog Experience "The Player" controllers (Discontinued model) where no Midi Notes messages (Note ON & Note OFF) will be received (Controls seem to be though working fine). So, we strongly advise users of this precise controller not to upgrade their OS or to keep on using this controller on previous OS versions only.
