To make sure your KeyLab mk3 works properly, we advise you to plug your device directly on one of your computer's USB ports with the provided cable, and not through a USB hub.

Warning
This operation will reset all User programs and all Settings.
→ To Factory Reset your unit please do as follows:
1/ Press the Settings button next to the pads
2/ Press the contextual button 1 for "Global"
3/ Turn the Jog wheel until you reach the red “Factory Reset” line
4/ Press the Jog wheel, the display should ask you to confirm:
5/ Press the 4th contextual button above the screen to confirm
6/ The KeyLab will reboot and the rest will be done.
1/ Please download the MIDI Control Center: https://www.arturia.com/technology/mcc
2/ Check that the KeyLab is “Connected” from the Device drop down menu top left corner of the window:
3/ Click on the Firmware revision button next to the Device menu.
4/ Click on Upgrade when prompted:
5/ Download the firmware from the resource page: KeyLab mk3 - Universal MIDI controller
6/ Install it from the downloaded location:
→ If the automatic setup in Analog Lab doesn’t work, here are the needed steps on how to setup the KeyLab mk3 in Analog Lab V manually, such only applies for Standalone use, so not as a plugin in a DAW.
1/ Please first make sure to have the latest version of Analog Lab installed on your computer, you’ll find the link here: Set up KeyLab mk3
2/ Check that the KeyLab mk3 is set properly in the Audio Midi Settings from the Analog Lab menu. Check only the KeyLab mk3 MIDI port in the MIDI settings section:
3/ Finally click on the gear symbol top right corner of the window, go to MIDI section and choose KeyLab mk3 in the MIDI Controller drop down menu:
→ If you use Windows 10 or 11, please make sure that the MIDI driver is installed. You can check that in the “Installed Apps” section of the Windows Settings and searching for “Arturia MIDI Driver” in the search bar, minimum version required is 1.4.0:
