The MatrixBrute allows to record and playback automations from DAWs.
During this kind of use, you can use the Local Control to avoid any MIDI loops.
When set to OFF from the Midi Control Center, it will only listen to the MIDI message coming from the MIDI input & USB.

You can now adjust LED brightness by following the steps below:
As you can see in the video, changing the brightness settings affects all the lights like the one next to Flanger.
- Update your MatrixBrute to the latest firmware through the MCC.
- Press the PRESET, SEQ, and MOD buttons all at the same time to access the LED brightness options.
- Choose a value from 1 to a 100 by clicking on the buttons from the L line of the matrix.
- You should see that the buttons light up more or less brightly depending on the value selected, with 1 being really dim, and a 100 being really bright.
- Once you are satisfied with the level of brightness, simply click on one of the three buttons mentioned above to exit the brightness editing mode.
