- Have your computer Time & Date synced to an official Time server.
- Keep your Operating System up to date.
- Make sure that your password and computer name are not containing any special characters (ü, á, or any emojis).
- When moving your resources using the Move button in the ASC, do not select any Drive “Mounted as a Folder”.
Note

- Use the latest version of the Arturia Software Center.
Note
It should normally remain up to date with the help of the “Auto-Update” process.
If it's not the case, we invite you to download the latest ASC installer.
- Do not let “System optimization” / “Registry cleaning” utilities run automatically, as they may possibly prevent some applications to operate properly.
Note
The utility software we have listed are:
- “MacKeeper”, “Mac Auto Fixer”, and “Mac Tonic” on macOS
- “CCleaner”, “BleachBit”, and “Glary Utilities on Windows
You can run “System optimization” / “Registry cleaning” utilities for requested specific cleanings. However, make sure to not delete mandatory registry keys or any other essential file. Please use such software very carefully.
- When having issues on macOS, and that FileVault is activated, try disabling it.
- Still on macOS, make sure to give Full Disk Access to the ASC by going in your Security and Privacy settings.
