Before diving in
If you haven't yet checked out our Arturia Software Center (ASC) - Troubleshoot FAQ article, please follow this link to get acquainted with our Important Recommendations and the Error Codes Summary.
There are different issues hiding behind sign in/login issues. Please refer to the following sections based on the situation you're in.
When facing Error 05, make sure:
- to use your Arturia account email address (and not your username), along with your password.
Tip
If you forgot your password for the Arturia Software Center, you can reset it with the "Forget password?" link.
- that no special characters (such as ü or á) you're using in your password prevents you from connecting to the ASC.
Note
Because of these special characters, your password might be working on the Arturia website, but may not work on the ASC. Please try setting a simpler password to check if this is the case.
Error 06 typically occurs in the case of a failed attempt to log into your user account from the instrument/effect's activation pop-up window.
To solve this issue, please make sure to:
- have your computer Time & Date synced to an official time server.
- check that you can sign in on the Arturia login webpage.
Note
If you can connect to your account on our website, it means that your account is activated and known by Arturia.
If it is the case, please try signing in again on the Arturia Software Center.
- check for special characters in your password.
Note
Special characters, such as ü or á, in your password may be at cause in sign in/login issues.
As a solution, you can try to temporarily set a more simple and shorter password.
- download and install the very latest version of the ASC, and to make sure it runs properly.
Note
As a reminder, you can download the latest build of the Arturia Software Center from this page.
In case the ASC is not working as it should, please refer to the FAQ article on the manual uninstall and reinstall of the Arturia Software Center to proceed with the needed steps.
When facing Error 07, first try closing and reopening the ASC. Then, try logging in again.
If this doesn't work, try restarting your computer to confirm if this allows you to log on properly again to the ASC.
If it failed, close the ASC, and delete the following file:
- Mac OS: /Library/ArturiaSC/Arturia Software Center/id.ascd
- Windows: C:\ProgramData\ArturiaSC\Arturia Software Center\id.ascd
In case it's still not working, please refer to the FAQ article on the manual uninstall and reinstall of the Arturia Software Center to proceed with the needed steps.
If you still can't connect to your account, please contact the webmaster through this page.
